		<description>Welcome to the NECCHI garden. We are part of Newlands and East Coburg Neighbourhood Houses (NECCHi). This garden is at our Newlands House (also home to Brewlands cafe!) in Coburg North, on Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung Land. Our public garden sprawls from NECCHi out into Cox Reserve, and is cared for by a team of volunteers. This website aims to be a record of all our plants as well as documentation of our activities. Visit anytime!&#38;nbsp;

		<description>NECCHI is two neighbourhood houses in narrm/Melbourne. We operate a range of public programs, events, classes and space hire. This website is dedicated to sharing information about the habitat garden we’re creating at our North Coburg house. The wicking beds have been installed with the support of Merri-bek City Council. 		<description>As an expanded practice of our garden, we run a series of walks on the merri merri (Merri Creek) exploring the unique environment. So far we have undertaken ecologist-led walks focused on local geology, weeds, eucalypts, birds and grasses.
